Quote requests

When you request a quote, NGORA Technologies stores the name, email address, project details, and optional contact, budget, and timeline information you provide. We use this information to review your request and communicate with you. Requests, reply drafts, and internal notes are held in a private administrator dashboard, not published on the website.

Private Gmail integration

The Gmail connection is for the NGORA owner. Visitors do not need to connect Gmail to request a quote. With the owner’s authorization, the integration reads matching assignment emails to prepare work records for review and sends replies that the owner explicitly reviews and sends from the dashboard. Imported email identifiers, sender details, subjects, and snippets are stored privately. The owner chooses which edited work descriptions to publish.

Google account data is used for these features, not advertising or sale. NGORA Technologies’ use and transfer of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including its Limited Use requirements.

Storage and service providers

Google Firebase and Google Cloud provide hosting, database storage, authentication, and backend processing. Gmail delivers outgoing replies to the intended recipient and their email provider. Access controls restrict private dashboard records to the NGORA owner. Abuse prevention processes IP-address and email-derived identifiers to limit repeated submissions; hosting and backend services may also process technical request logs. Administrator sign-in uses browser storage to maintain the session.

Retention and your choices

Records remain stored until removed; closing a quote does not delete it. You can contact us to request access, correction, or deletion of your submitted information. The owner can revoke Gmail access through their Google Account’s third-party connections settings. Revoking access stops future Gmail access but does not automatically delete previously stored records.
